Delivery Timing

  • We will ship items within 24-48 hours after receiving your order.

  •     Certain remote zip codes may necessitate additional delivery charges.

Address Modifications
  •   Changes to the delivery address can be accommodated within 24 hours of    placing your order.
  •   Please note, a $20 fee applies to address adjustments made after dispatch.
Refusal of Delivery
  • Declining delivery will incur a restocking fee of 75%, deducted from the refund amount.
Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
  •  We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received.
  •  Consider having your orders delivered to a secure work address for added peace of mind.

Taxes and Duties

  • Recipients are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
  • Payment upon delivery may be required to release the order from customs.
Return Policy
  •     Requests for returns must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  •     Pre-shipment cancellations are accepted within 24 hours for a full refund.
  •     Post-shipment return requests are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds and Processing

  • Returns for store credit are free, while refunds to the original payment method incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, minus the original shipping charges.
